1. THE ONLY PARTY TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE ARE 12-4PM OR 1-5PM DURING THE DAY
AND 5-9PM, 6-10PM, 7-11 PM OR 8-12 MIDNIGHT (FRI AND SAT ONLY) DURING THE
EVENING

2. WE TAKE A $300 DEPOSIT TO BOOK A PARTY IN THE FORM OF CHECK OR CASH
ONLY! NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. WE DO NOT "PENCIL" ANY ONE IN TO A DATE OR
HOLD DATES FOR ANYONE. WE MUST HAVE A DEPOSIT TO HOLD A DATE. SOMEONE
MUST BE PRESENT TO FILL OUT A CONTRACT WHEN BOOKING A PARTY. THERE ARE
NO CASH REFUNDS- AND ALL CONSIDERATIONS WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE BY
CASE BASIS

3. THERE IS A 20 ADULT MINIMUM MON, WED AND THURS AND A 30 ADULT MINIMUM
FRI, SAT AND SUN. THAT MEANS YOU PAY FOR THE MINIMUM WHETHER OR NOT
THEY SHOW UP

4. THE PARTY ROOM HOLDS UP TO 60 PPL MAXIMUM. THE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
CONSISTS OF ROUND TABLES ONLY, THAT ACCOMODATE 6 GUESTS PER TABLE. ALL
FOOD IS SERVED ALA CARTE-NO BUFFETS!

5. WE CAN DO PARTIES OF 70 ADULTS UP TO 120 BUT ONLY IN THE MAIN DINING ROOM
AND DURING THE DAY FROM 11-3 PM OR 12-4 PM (you pay for a minimum of 70 adults)

6. GUESTS CAN BRING IN A CAKE WHICH WE WILL HAPPILY SERVE AT NO
ADDITIONAL CHARGE

7. GUESTS CAN RUN A BAR TAB AND ONLY PAY ON CONSUMPTION IF THE LIQUOR
PACKAGES DO NOT APPEAL TO THEM

8. 18% GRATUITY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL CHECKS. FINAL PAYMENT CAN BE CASH OR
CREDIT CARD –NO CHECKS FOR FINAL PAYMENT. BUSINESS CHECKS MUST BE
APPROVED IN ADVANCE BY MANAGEMENT. TAX EXEMPT FORMS MUST BE PROVIDED

10. THERE IS A $100 CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL LARGE PARTY
RESERVATIONS OF 20 PPL OR MORE IN THE MAIN DINING ROOM

11. WE WILL IMPOSE A $100.00 CLEAN UP FEE FOR ANY CONFETTI, LIQUIDS, GLUES,
CLAYS, MARKERS, ETC., (OR ANY OTHER HARD TO CLEAN UP) ITEMS THAT GUESTS
USE FOR THEIR PARTIES
